  • Kitchen Equipment Maintenance : Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs on kitchen equipment, including cooking appliances (ovens, fryers, stoves), refrigeration units, dishwashers, and other essential kitchen machinery.
  • Repairs and Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve issues with kitchen equipment, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing problems. Perform necessary repairs or replacements to restore equipment functionality.
  • Installation and Setup : Install new kitchen equipment, set up systems, and calibrate them to ensure that all equipment operates according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Preventative Maintenance : Conduct routine preventative maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts to prevent breakdowns and extend the life of kitchen equipment.
  • System Optimization : Ensure kitchen equipment is functioning at optimal efficiency, focusing on energy savings, water conservation, and reducing downtime during peak service hours.
  • Safety Compliance : Ensure all kitchen equipment complies with safety regulations and manufacturer guidelines. Implement and adhere to safety standards when handling kitchen equipment.
