Join our dynamic culinary team as a Kitchen Intern in the heart of Dubai United Arab Emirates! Were seeking an enthusiastic and detailoriented individual to assist in various kitchen operations and learn from experienced chefs in a fastpaced professional environment.

• Assist in preparing meals according to standard recipes ensuring portion control and minimizing waste
• Apply necessary precautions related to the hotels food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
• Clean and maintain all equipment in food production areas
• Attend all briefings meetings and training sessions as assigned by management
• Support chefs in mise en place activities and basic food preparation tasks
• Learn and practice various cooking techniques under the guidance of experienced culinary staff
• Assist in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely food service
• Participate in menu development and food presentation discussions to enhance learning
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Is currently enrolled in hotel/tourism or Kitchen education.
• Is known as enthusiastic hospitable teambuilder stressresistant and representative.
• Has passion for the hospitality.
• Does not have to be a specialist already but you are eager to learn.
