Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Kitchen Helper for one of our esteemed Resort in Al Ain. This role is essential in supporting the smooth daily operations of our kitchen and front-of-house services, ensuring both efficiency and exceptional guest satisfaction. The Kitchen Helper plays a vital role in maintaining cleanliness, organizing supplies, and assisting culinary staff with food preparation and inventory management. With a strong commitment to hygiene, teamwork, and service excellence, this individual will contribute directly to the seamless delivery of high-quality dining experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Assist kitchen staff with food preparation, including washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment by adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Manage and replenish kitchen and office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Perform routine filing and data entry tasks related to inventory, orders, and daily operations.
  • Support the kitchen team with dishwashing, equipment cleaning, and waste disposal.
  • Respond promptly to requests from chefs and supervisors, demonstrating flexibility and reliability.
  • Contribute to guest satisfaction by ensuring timely service and a well-maintained kitchen area.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to support operational efficiency.
  • Assist with receiving deliveries and verifying orders against purchase records.
Requirements
