Overview

We are looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic Kindergarten Teacher to foster the intellectual, social, emotional, and physical development of young children. The ideal candidate will create a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment, introduce foundational skills, and encourage creativity and curiosity in students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities.
  • Foster the development of basic literacy, numeracy, motor, and social skills.
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Use play-based learning methods to engage and motivate students.
  • Observe and assess students’ progress; maintain records and share feedback with parents.
  • Support children in developing self-confidence, independence, and positive behavior.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, school staff, and parents to support holistic development.
  • Incorporate storytelling, songs, art, and games to enrich the learning experience.
  • Ensure adherence to school policies, child safety, and safeguarding standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education / Education or a related field.
  • Teaching certification (EYFS, Montessori, or equivalent is an advantage).
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience teaching young children.
  • Strong communication, creativity, and classroom management skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
