Key Responsibilities
  • Support the lead teacher in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and learning activities.
  • Assist in maintaining a positive, engaging, and safe classroom environment.
  • Provide one-on-one or small-group support to children as needed.
  • Help prepare learning materials, visual aids, and classroom resources.
  • Monitor and document children’s progress, behavior, and participation.
  • Supervise children during playtime, lunchtime, and field trips.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and school administration.
  • Promote good hygiene, social manners, and respect among students.
  • Assist in classroom organization, cleaning, and preparation of daily routines.
  • Participate in school events, training sessions, and staff meetings as required.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience working with young children in a school or nursery setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about early childhood education and child development.
  • Patient, caring, and creative personality.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.

Work Schedule: Sunday to Thursday
