What We’re Looking For

• A Positive Outlook and Outgoing Personality with a Welcoming and Enthusiastic Energy.
• Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English (Additional languages are a Plus).
• University Graduates with any Degree are preferred, showcasing a commitment to continuous learning.
• Previous experience of 1-2 years in a similar role will be considered an asset.
• Additional qualifications in Pediatric Training or Nursing are an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinates, promotes, publicises, and facilitates all activities and programmes for the Kids Club, creating a memorable experience.
• Conducts courtesy calls to Guest rooms, especially when Guests are traveling with children, ensuring a personalised, ‘Five-Styled’ approach.
• Takes charge of organising and leading sensational child-related activities, providing an Insta-Worthy and Memorable experience for Young Guests.
• Maintains a curated inventory of premium supplies and equipment on a weekly basis, ensuring that every detail contributes to the Electric atmosphere of the Kids Club.
• Collaborates closely with the Front Office Team to promptly resolve any issues or challenges related to the Kids Club, delivering a First-in-Class Guest experience.
• Fulfils Receptionist Duties with a ‘Five-Star’ approach, from answering telephones and relaying messages to processing financial transactions and scheduling appointments.
• Adheres to government and company standards by consistently maintaining the highest level of cleanliness and tidiness in the work area, ensuring that every detail reflects the ‘Five-Star’ Commitment to Excellence.
• Assists in monitoring the facility to ensure Guest Safety and promptly responds to any potential hazards or emergencies, creating a Safe and Energetic environment for both children and adults.
• Provides general support to the Kids Club, embracing the Five Tribe Spirit and contributing to the Behind-The-Scenes ‘Vibe at FIVE.’
• Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to help other departments when required, making the Kids Club an Industry-Leading Destination for families.
