Kids Club Attendant

A Kids Club Attendant is responsible for ensuring a safe, fun, and engaging experience for children while delivering exceptional service to guests. This role focuses on supervising children within the Kids Club, supporting age‑appropriate activities, and providing parents and guardians with a warm, welcoming, and reassuring experience. Child safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction are paramount to this role.

What will I be doing?

• Greeting children and parents immediately with a warm, friendly, and professional welcome
• Supervising children at all times to ensure their safety and wellbeing
• Assisting with and leading age‑appropriate games, activities, and creative programs
• Responding promptly and courteously to parent and guest requests, comments, and concerns
• Ensuring children are checked in and out according to Kids Club procedures and confirming guest registration
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the Kids Club area, including toys, activity stations, and common spaces
• Monitoring and managing Kids Club supplies and equipment to minimize loss or damage
• Enforcing Kids Club rules and safety guidelines consistently and positively
• Creating a fun, inclusive, and nurturing environment that reflects the hotel’s service standards
