Job summary

A leading engineering firm is seeking a Junior System Engineer in Dubai to support system assurance and safety engineering activities. The role involves assisting in safety analyses, developing compliance documentation, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 2-4 years of related experience. Strong analytical skills and knowledge of RAMS are essential. This is a full-time on-site position without remote work options.

Qualifications

  • 24 years of experience in systems engineering, system assurance, safety engineering or related fields.
  • Basic to intermediate understanding of System Assurance concepts and lifecycle processes.
  • Working knowledge of RAMS principles and methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation of System Assurance principles across system development phases.
  • Support RAMS activities including data collection and documentation.
  • Contribute to system safety analyses such as Hazard Identification and risk assessments.
  • Support the development and maintenance of system assurance and safety deliverables.
  • Assist in coordinating assurance activities with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Support compliance with relevant standards and system assurance requirements.
  • Participate in reviews, audits, and technical meetings.
  • Maintain documentation and version control of assurance-related records.
