Job summary

Qualifications

Position

Junior Procurement Officer - join our Head Office team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented individual to grow in a professional and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials, equipment and services in line with ICT policies.
  • Prepare RFQs (Request for Quotations), collect and evaluate vendor offers.
  • Support vendor management by maintaining updated records and assisting in performance reviews.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase orders and delivery follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with schools and suppliers to track orders and resolve delivery or invoicing issues.
  • Maintain procurement records databases and documentation.
  • Assist in negotiating prices, terms and delivery schedules with approved vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and internal guidelines.
  • Support in preparing periodic procurement reports for management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field.
