A growing interior design firm in Dubai is looking for a Junior HR Executive to support HR and administrative functions. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and have 6 months to 2 years of HR experience, including internship. Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in HR or administrative support.
• Basic knowledge of UAE labor laws is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment: job postings, resume screening and interview scheduling.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Support in onboarding and offboarding procedures.
• Prepare HR documents including contracts, letters and reports.
• Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives.
