Job summary

Our client is a fast-growing interior design firm in Dubai known for its creativity and collaborative culture. As they expand their operations they're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to support day-to-day HR and administrative functions.

Role Overview

This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level professional looking to start or build a career in Human Resources. You'll gain hands‑on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and HR compliance within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with recruitment: job postings, resume screening and interview scheduling
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Support in onboarding and offboarding procedures
  • Prepare HR documents including contracts, letters and reports
  • Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and internal policies
Candidate Profile
  • A bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in HR or administrative support (internship experience will be considered)
  • Basic knowledge of UAE labor laws is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A high level of organisation, attention to detail and eagerness to learn
