For our BIG TEAMS in Dubai, we are looking for the very best JUNIOR ASSISTANT MANAGER ??

Your Mission :

  • Guarantee outstanding service : support the Floor Manager in ensuring excellence, speed, and consistency across the entire restaurant, in line with Big Mammas standards.
  • Oversee the guest experience : ensure warm, attentive, and personalized service for all guests, from arrival to farewell.
  • Lead service operations : coordinate the floor team during service, anticipating needs, solving challenges, and ensuring smooth communication between front and back of house.
  • Support and develop the team : guide waiters, runners, and hosts during shifts, providing feedback and motivation to keep standards high.
  • Uphold hygiene & presentation : make sure every area of the dining room is spotless, organized, and ready to impress at all times.
  • Be the operational link : monitor stock for service equipment and uniforms, ensure floor set-up, and assist with any last-minute adjustments.
  • Know the offer inside-out : master our menu and wine list to assist both guests and the team with confident recommendations.
