As an IT Support Technician at our company, you will be a crucial part of our technical support team, responsible for ensuring seamless and efficient operation of our IT systems. You will be actively engaged in resolving technical problems and working with other IT professionals to enhance overall system efficiency and security. Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues.
• Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting network connectivity problems.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and application software.
• Perform scheduled system updates, patches, and regular security backups.
• Manage and support user account administration, including password resets.
• Set up and configure IT hardware, including computers, printers, and peripherals.
• Document technical issues and solutions in a comprehensive and timely manner.
• Collaborate with IT team members to enhance current systems and processes.
• Ensure all IT services and facilities compliance with company policies and standards.
• Assist in implementing new software applications and ensuring user training.
• Support remote users with virtual troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Monitor and respond promptly to service requests and incident reports.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in an IT support or similar role.
• Proficient in Windows, macOS environments, and common software applications.
