Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT operations or system administration.
• Strong background in system administration and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between System Admin and IT Support teams for operations.
• Oversee daily IT operations for all infrastructure components.
• Monitor and manage system performance and security compliance.
• Supervise maintenance for servers and network devices.
• Participate in IT projects including upgrades and migrations.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and reports.
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and support.
• Follow up on IT security alerts and incidents.

Skills

Windows Server (AD, DNS, DHCP, File Server)

Office 365 / Google Workspace administration

Kaspersky EDR Optimum management

Fortigate Firewall configuration and monitoring

Networking (VLAN, VPN, Routing, Switching)

ERP and database basics (SQL knowledge)

Familiarity with backup systems and monitoring tools

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
