Job description

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager – Retail to lead and manage retail applications and technology operations for a multi-store retail environment. Fashion/Apparel retail experience will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage Retail ERP and POS systems including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and LS Retail
• Lead application strategy, enhancements, upgrades, and system integrations
• Ensure smooth store operations across POS, inventory, pricing, promotions, and finance
• Manage CRM, clienteling, and SMS marketing platforms
• Drive AI and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and business insights
• Own Power BI dashboards and reporting for sales, inventory, finance, and customer analytics
• Work closely with Infrastructure teams on store networks, connectivity, and system availability
• Manage vendors, partners, SLAs, and application budgets
