Our client is a leading hospitality company known for delivering exceptional guest experiences and innovative services. With a commitment to excellence, we are seeking an experienced and tech-savvy IT Manager to ensure seamless technological operations across their venues in AD.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the IT infrastructure, systems, and network operations across the company.
• Ensure the security, efficiency, and reliability of IT systems, including POS, PMS, and CRM solutions used in hospitality operations.
• Plan, implement, and manage software upgrades, hardware installations, and system integrations.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Provide technical support to staff and resolve IT-related issues in a timely manner.
• Manage IT budgets and vendor relationships, including procurement of IT hardware and software.
• Monitor and maintain data security, backup systems, and disaster recovery plans.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, and finance teams to align IT solutions with business needs.
• Research and implement new technologies to enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT management, preferably within the restaurant chain, cloud kitchen concepts etc
• Proficient in hospitality systems like PMS, Warehouse Management Systems, MICROS etc
• Strong knowledge of network architecture, hardware, and software systems.
• Experience with cybersecurity and compliance regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Certification in IT-related fields (e.g., CCNA, ITIL, Microsoft, or CISSP) is a plus.
