Job Title: IT Manager

Overview

The IT Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth integration and performance of key business systems including POS, CRM, ERP and eCommerce platforms. You’ll also play a crucial role in leading a team of IT professionals, driving innovation, improving processes and maintaining high standards of security and system reliability across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and support team members and ensure clear communication and alignment on IT priorities and objectives.
• Set goals, manage workload distribution and monitor progress to ensure the timely completion of IT tasks and projects.

IT Systems & Infrastructure Management

• Oversee the integration and optimization of systems like Shopify, CRM, ERP and POS to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of POS systems across locations.
• Monitor network infrastructure to ensure reliable connectivity and minimal downtime.

Security & Data Management

• Implement and manage IT security protocols including firewalls and data protection measures to safeguard business-critical data.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards.
• Manage the integrity of digital assets and company data to minimize risks and protect sensitive information.

Systems Support & Optimization

• Support and troubleshoot key systems (POS, CRM, ERP) to ensure they function optimally and integrate seamlessly with each other.
• Lead the maintenance and improvement of internal communications platforms and collaboration tools to enhance team efficiency.

Education / Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• 5 years of experience in IT management or a similar role with at least 1 year of experience in leading a small team.
• Experience with POS systems, CRM, ERP, eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and network management.
• Strong understanding of IT security protocols, firewalls, data compliance and network infrastructure.
• Familiarity with managing IT systems for multi-location organizations is a plus.
