About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an IT Access Administrator – Information Security to join the Information Security team.

The Primary Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role Are

  1. Manage provisioning and de-provisioning of user access for all directory services and applications.
  2. Perform password resets and delegated administration tasks as required.
  3. Support and troubleshoot IAM infrastructure, including data cleansing and resolving access-related support tickets.
  4. Identify and recommend improvements to IAM processes and connectors based on recurring issues.
  5. Provide input on integrating authentication and authorization frameworks into new and existing applications.
  6. Collaborate with application support teams to resolve authentication and authorization issues.
  7. Develop and maintain technical documentation and identity standards for IAM environments.
  8. Participate in defining the roadmap, architecture, and process standards for the identity management platform.
  9. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in identity and access management.

About You

The ideal candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:

  1. College diploma or university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or 3 years equivalent work experience).
  2. Minimum of 1+ years’ experience in Identity and Access Management in a large or enterprise IT environment.
  3. Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in Information Technology.
  4. Solid understanding of IAM environments, single sign-on, and access management principles.
  5. Exposure to data processing, hardware platforms, enterprise software applications, and outsourced systems.
  6. Strong computer background with proven problem-solving and technical planning skills.
  7. Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
  8. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and disciplined, with excellent time management skills.
  9. High degree of personal integrity and ethics, with a passion for protecting people and systems.
  10. ITIL or related certifications are a strong plus.
  11. Must be able to obtain and maintain any required licensing or active work cards for this position.
