Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Van Sales & Distribution within the UAE.
• Strong existing relationships in the IR Market.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi/Urdu, and basic Arabic.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE routes, customer locations, and market dynamics.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Physically fit and comfortable with field sales operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage van sales operations to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with IR market customers.
• Execute route planning and ensure timely product delivery.
• Promote company products and ensure proper merchandising.
• Collect payments, manage invoices, and ensure accurate cash and credit handling.
• Monitor market trends and customer feedback.
