Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute employee communication strategies aligned with business KPIs to support clear, consistent messaging and influence positive employee behavior.
• Analyze communication effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative methodologies, introducing new measurement techniques as needed.
• Support daily delivery of internal communication channels, ensuring consistency, accuracy, transparency, and timely updates across the Group.
• Contribute to intranet development, create core content, evaluate usage trends, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Support the upskilling of the internal communications function and collaborate with internal communication practitioners across ADNOC businesses.
• Assist in implementing communication strategies for change initiatives, campaigns, and internal programs.
• Build and maintain trusted partnerships with business leaders, functional heads, and internal clients as an advisor on communication matters.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned to support the internal communication function.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 9 years of progressive experience in corporate communications, preferably in large, complex organizations or multi-sector environments.
• Strong understanding of internal communications strategies, engagement methodologies, and transformational communication practices.
• Skilled in communication metrics analysis, identifying root causes, and developing action plans.
• Strong written, verbal, and cross‑functional communication abilities.
• Knowledge of modern IC tools, techniques, channels, and employee engagement processes.
• Ability to influence, collaborate, and work with diverse teams at all organizational levels.
