A leading fit-out company in Dubai is seeking an experienced sales professional with 5-8 years in the interiors fit-out industry. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a strong track record in achieving sales targets. Candidates must be self-motivated, able to manage multiple projects, and possess excellent communication skills. Knowledge of CRM tools and a valid driver’s license are also requisite. The compensation is competitive, ranging from 8000 to 14000 AED plus a car.

Those qualified must hold a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, interior design, architecture, or a related field.

• 5–8 years of sales/business development experience in the interiors fit-out industry.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
• Strong network of contacts within real estate, construction, and interior design sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently.
• UAE experience only.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
