About the Role

We are looking for an Interior Designer & 3D Visualizer with a strong exhibition, event, or experiential design background to support the planning and execution of exhibitions, pop-ups, festivals, and experiential retail environments across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

This role sits at the intersection of design and operations, working closely with project managers, production teams, and external contractors to translate concepts into executable layouts, visuals, and on-ground installations.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Visualization

  • Develop interior layouts, zoning plans, and spatial concepts for exhibitions, pop-ups, kiosks, and event environments
  • Produce high-quality 3D renders and visualizations for client presentations, approvals, and internal planning
  • Create mood boards, material palettes, and design concepts aligned with brand guidelines and event themes
  • Prepare 2D drawings including layouts, elevations, sections, and basic construction details

Event Operations Support

  • Support the event operations team with design adaptations during execution phases
  • Coordinate with production, fit‑out, and fabrication teams to ensure designs are executed accurately
  • Attend site visits, assist with measurements, and adapt layouts based on on‑ground conditions
  • Review and adjust designs to meet municipality, civil defense, mall, and venue requirements

Technical & Coordination

  • Prepare AutoCAD drawings for authority approvals and contractor use
  • Coordinate with RDD / mall design teams to respond to technical queries
  • Support brand zoning, booth allocation, and tenant layouts
  • Ensure all design files are updated, organized, and version‑controlled
Software & Tools (Mandatory)
  • AutoCAD (layouts, technical drawings)
  • 3D software (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, or similar)
  • Rendering tools (V‑Ray, Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion, or equivalent)
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Canva (basic presentations and visual boards)
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Exhibition Design, or related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in:
    • Exhibition design
    • Event / festival environments
    • Retail pop‑ups or experiential installations
  • Strong understanding of materials, finishes, temporary structures, and modular systems
  • Experience working on fast‑paced, deadline‑driven projects
Travel Requirement
  • Willingness to travel frequently to Saudi Arabia for site visits, installations, and event execution phases.
