Responsibilities

• Proceed to areas that have complaints from the public, inspect offenders, and prepare reports to the direct supervisor.
• Write reports about inspection vehicles when they pull out and in, and maintain vehicles clean internally and externally.
• Store offences and attachments to the irregularities box belonging to the franchising and enforcement department after daily shifts.
• Receive daily work schedule from the direct supervisor.
• Perform other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate.
• Shift between areas to follow up the offenders of smuggling passengers and issue fines.
• Inspect vehicles on demand to ensure that drivers have permits to practice the profession.
• Prepare and provide reports to the direct supervisor about daily work obstacles.
• Inspect and ensure the contracts between luxury companies and hotels and buses transportation companies and transport companies.
• Field inspection on foot periodically in locations where the phenomenon of smuggling passengers occurs.
• Follow up and monitor passengers to ensure there are no violations in all areas of the Emirate of Dubai.
• Issue fines against offenders electronically.
• Inspect on-demand vehicle side numbers to ensure that they match plate numbers.
