The role includes responding to inquiries, maintaining a CRM system, and exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or Hindi is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling.
  • Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare quotations and relevant documentation for clients.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with customer interactions.
  • Follow up on pending quotations and convert leads into sales.
  • Assist in resolving customer concerns and escalating issues.
  • Provide feedback regarding customer trends and product demands.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Support external sales team by scheduling appointments.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and online platforms
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, online research, and marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure timely delivery and follow-ups
  • Prepare quotations, product datasheets, and relevant documentation for clients
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with customer interactions and pipeline status
  • Follow up on pending quotations and convert leads into sales
  • Assist in resolving customer concerns and escalating issues when needed
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends, competitor activities, and product demands
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Support external sales team by scheduling appointments and providing pre-meeting support
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales
  • Similar industry experience is a must
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, and Word)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Customer-focused mindset with a solution-oriented approach
