Job summary

A leading engineering firm is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for managing costs, contracts, and commercial aspects of infrastructure maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Qualifications

• Professional certification such as MRICS or MCInstCES is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in quantity surveying preferably in infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of contract management and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Administrate and implement change control for contracts and orders.
• Prepare and submit Subcontractor Payment Certificates.
• Maintain a database of accredited subcontractors and advise on procurement strategy.
