Responsibilities

Strategic Planning and Alignment

  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their strategic goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business processes, priorities, and challenges.
  • Translate business needs into IT requirements and ensure alignment with the overall IT strategy.
  • Participate in the development of IT strategic plans and roadmaps.
  • Identify opportunities for IT to support business growth and innovation.

Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between IT and assigned business units.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with business stakeholders.
  • Advocate for the business within IT and ensure IT priorities reflect business needs.
  • Facilitate regular meetings and communications between IT and business units.
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by business units promptly.

Solution Delivery and Support

  • Partner with business and IT teams to identify, evaluate, and implement technology solutions.
  • Ensure timely delivery of IT projects and services that meet business requirements.
  • Monitor and manage the performance of IT services and address any issues or concerns.
  • Coordinate with project managers and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Provide oversight and support during the implementation and deployment of IT solutions.

Change Management and Communication

  • Lead change management efforts related to IT initiatives within business units.
  • Communicate IT strategies, priorities, and initiatives to business stakeholders.
  • Facilitate training and support for new IT systems and processes.
  • Develop and execute change management plans to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies.
  • Create and distribute communication materials to keep stakeholders informed about IT initiatives.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities for leveraging technology to improve business processes and outcomes.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT or business roles with a strong focus on relationship management and strategic planning.
  • Proven track record of working with senior business leaders and delivering technology solutions that drive business value.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and how technology can enable business transformation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, and other relevant frameworks and methodologies.
