Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in brand strategy, design thinking, project ideation and UX design.
• Excellent command of the English language is required.
• Arabic language skills will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the development and implementation of ideation frameworks.
• Initiate the design thinking process in collaboration with project managers.
• Conduct high levels of research to understand project scopes and objectives.
• Evaluate project scopes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead brainstorming exercises with stakeholders.
• Organise and lead workshops to guide teams.
