Overview

ICT Engineer

Position Overview for ICT Engineer: We are seeking a highly skilled and certified ICT Engineer holding a valid CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert) or HCIE (Huawei Certified ICT Expert) certification. The candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, optimization, and support of advanced ICT infrastructures, ensuring high availability, security, and performance across enterprise and mission-critical environments.

Qualifications & Certifications

• Mandatory: Valid CCIE or HCIE certification in Routing & Switching, Datacom, Security, or equivalent track.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Minimum 3–7 years of professional experience in ICT infrastructure, networking, or system integration roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco or Huawei enterprise solutions, including routers, switches, firewalls, and SDN/SD-WAN.
• Proven knowledge in virtualization, cloud networking, and enterprise IT security.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Multi-vendor knowledge (Cisco, Huawei etc.).
• Experience with data center fabric (VXLAN, EVPN), MPLS, and enterprise wireless deployments.
• Exposure to automation, scripting and network monitoring tools.
• Previous experience in Oil & Gas, Government, or Telecom industry projects (an advantage).
