Job summary

A leading cybersecurity company is seeking a Solutions Engineer based in Dubai to cover the Middle East. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge and sales skills, primarily focusing on driving the technical evaluation in the sales process. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of presales experience, technical expertise in enterprise applications, and the ability to build relationships across various organizational levels. Arabic language skills are a plus, and travel is expected approximately 30% of the time.

Qualifications

• 5 years of presales and/or professional service experience in a high-tech sales environment.
• Relevant experience with enterprise applications, security management, identity management, or policy management solutions.
• Strong experience with security concepts and roles within organizations.
• Ability to travel within assigned territory approximately 30% of the time.
• Arabic speaking is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical presales support and solution demonstrations.
• Develop new and existing technical relationships.
• Lead technical customer proof-of-concepts (POCs).
• Convey customer requirements to Product Management teams.
