Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Subsea Pipeline Draftsman to prepare and deliver detailed pipeline design drawings. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Offshore O&G and Subsea Design, contributing to technical documentation standards and departmental quality systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in Offshore and Subsea Design.
• Experience with EPCI Contractors for Offshore and Subsea projects is a plus.
• Consolidated experience in Subsea Pipeline Design.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver Subsea Pipeline Design drawings.
• Act as Draftsman for Subsea Pipeline Design.
• Ensure adequate technical documentation standards.

Subsea Pipeline Draftsman

The Sealine Draftsman is responsible for the preparation and delivering of Subsea Pipeline Design drawings.

Main Tasks

• Act as Draftsman for Subsea Pipeline Design
• Ensure an adequate standard of technical documentation and contribute to updating Company standards.
• Review Clients technical documentation and requirements.
• Contribute to update and improve the department tools for Sealine Engineering.
• Contribute to maintain the excellence in Sealine Engineering.
• Contribute to the definition implementation and improvement of the department quality system.
• Contribute to the standardization and definition of procedures for the department working process.

Technical background and skills

• Experience in Offshore O&G and Subsea Design.
• Experience in other EPCI Contractor for Offshore and Subsea projects is a plus.

• Pipeline Route Layout
• Alignment Sheets
• Pipeline Crossing General Arrangement Drawing
