A global technology leader in Dubai is seeking a Director to drive new business growth in the Government segment across the Middle East. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in selling complex technology solutions, strong client relationships, and proficiency with Arabic. Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth by developing opportunities in the Government segment.
• Identify and initiate new sales opportunities with new clients.
• Demonstrate understanding of client decision-making priorities.
• Develop strategic engagement with key customers.
• Manage sales cycles and client engagements.
• Provide current forecasts and pipeline information to management.
• Meet established sales targets and enhance customer relationships.
• Generate revenue through market research and lead generation.
• Represent the company at industry events as required.

Skills

10 years of experience selling complex technology solutions to Public Sector clients

Experience in Risk Intelligence or Risk Technology solutions

Proven ability to manage large complex sales processes

Strong client relationship skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience in the Middle East region

Strong work ethic; independent and persuasive

Arabic language skills

Education

BA/BS degree

Advanced degrees preferred (e.g. MBA, JD/LLB)
