Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related work experience.
• Good understanding of HVAC Code (both local and ASHRAE).
• Knowledge of lock-out/tag-out protocol and OSHA.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, test and troubleshoot HVAC equipment.
• Understand maintenance inventory and requisition of parts as needed.
