Job summary

A leading HVAC company in Abu Dhabi is seeking an HVAC Technician responsible for maintaining A/C systems, including log books and preventive maintenance. Candidates should have a diploma in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning with at least three years of experience. Proficiency in English is a must, and Arabic is a plus.

Job Description

1. To maintain A/C log books.
2. To clean the filters regularly and as required.
3. To maintain AHUs, FCUs, deep freezers, split A/Cs, etc.
4. To carry out routine / breakdown maintenance.
5. To actively involve in evolving long term planning for improvement in the system.
6. Change the filters yearly.
7. Check the belts of the AHUs.
8. To do servicing of split A/Cs and AHUs.
9. To take stock of the items and inform the maintenance in charge to arrange for necessary material(s).
10. To convey day to day problems/issues to the maintenance in charge.
11. To carry out necessary preventive maintenance on all A/C equipments.
12. To perform any related job / work when assigned by the superior.
