Internship Role

As a Compensation and Benefits intern, you will support the overall Human Resources team with a strong focus on Compensation and Benefits activities.

  • Preparing letters and assisting with other HR administrative tasks.
  • Working with spreadsheets, data management and data analysis, and supporting payroll-related data.
  • Contributing to planning and organizing health & safety, wellness, and other HR projects.

We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical and hands-on individual who enjoys working with numbers and data.

Requirements
  • Currently residing in the UAE and available for a 6 month internship, starting in February 2026.
  • Student in final or semi-final year of a Bachelor’s degree or pursuing a Master’s degree or fresh graduate (preferably in HR, Business Administration or related field).
  • Strong numerical skills and good understanding of basic mathematics.
  • High proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel (data analysis, formulas, and spreadsheets). Knowledge of App Script will be an advantage.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Analytical thinker, detail-oriented, team player.
