As a Compensation and Benefits intern you will support the overall Human Resources team with a strong focus on Compensation and Benefits activities.

Your core responsibilities will include preparing letters and assisting with other HR administrative tasks with spreadsheets data management and data analysis and supporting payroll‑related data.

You might also contribute to planning and organising health & safety, wellness and other HR projects.

We are looking for a detail‑oriented analytical and hands‑on individual who enjoys working with numbers and data.

Requirements

• Currently residing in the UAE and available for a 6 month internship starting in February 2026.
• Student in final or semi‑final year of a Bachelor’s degree or pursuing a Master’s degree or fresh graduate (preferably in HR Business Administration or related field).
• Strong numerical skills and good understanding of basic mathematics.
• High proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel (data analysis formulas and spreadsheets). Knowledge of App Script will be an advantage.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Analytical thinker, detail‑oriented team player.
