Role Summary:

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will collaborate closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives. The role involves driving talent development, employee engagement, and operational excellence, while ensuring compliance with HR policies and local labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic advisor to leadership, providing insights on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Partner with line managers to implement HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning processes for key positions.
  • Drive performance management processes, including setting KPIs and conducting performance reviews.
  • Facilitate employee engagement activities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Address employee relations issues and resolve conflicts, ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies.
  • Implement learning and development programs tailored to skill gaps and career progression needs.
  • Collaborate with global and regional HR teams to standardize processes and share best practices.
  • Provide metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR interventions and recommend improvements.
