Human Resources Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee records and ensure that all employee data is up-to-date and accurate.
- Handle the administration of employee benefits, including healthcare, retirement plans, and leave management.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have all the necessary information and resources.
- Manage HR documentation and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support on related matters (benefits, employment certificates etc.)
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.

Desired Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HR software and tools (e.g., SuccessFactors).
- Working knowledge of Dubai employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
