Human Resources Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain employee records and ensure that all employee data is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Handle the administration of employee benefits, including healthcare, retirement plans, and leave management.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have all the necessary information and resources.
  • Manage HR documentation and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide support on related matters (benefits, employment certificates etc.)
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
