Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience in HSE roles, with proven supervisory experience.
  • Strong knowledge of plant processes, hazardous materials, and risk assessment.
  • COSHH training and experience in handling H&S investigations.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and monitor HSE standards, processes, and training programs.
  • Conduct daily safety inspections and risk assessments.
  • Manage work permit systems and ensure compliance with government regulations.
  • Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
  • Develop SOPs, policies, and training modules, conduct safety inductions for employees, contractors, and visitors.
  • Maintain accurate safety records and reports, including audits and certifications.
  • Ensure calibration and maintenance of safety equipment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a safe workplace environment.
