Job summary

A prestigious engineering firm is seeking an experienced HSSE Manager who is ADNOC approved to lead Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental functions for large-scale Oil & Gas projects. The successful candidate will possess at least 18 years of relevant experience and demonstrate a strong safety culture. Responsibilities include leading HSSE program implementation, ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards, and mentoring site safety teams. This is a key role in maintaining safety standards across the organization.

Qualifications

About the job HSE Manager (ADNOC Approved)

We are currently seeking a highly experienced HSSE Manager who is ADNOC approved, to oversee and lead Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) functions for our prestigious EPC client operating on ARAMCO projects. The successful candidate will bring extensive leadership and field experience in large-scale Oil & Gas projects, with a proven track record of driving a strong safety culture and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation and continual improvement of HSSE programs in accordance with ADNOC standards and international best practices.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all HSSE-related matters with ADNOC representatives.
  • Ensure full compliance with ADNOC HSE standards, contractual obligations, and local regulations.
  • Lead safety audits, toolbox talks, and site inspections; monitor compliance across all site activities.
  • Mentor and manage HSSE teams and site safety officers across all EPC phases.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, records, and reporting to ARAMCO and internal management.
  • Develop and implement emergency response plans and safety training programs.
  • Foster a proactive safety culture across the organization.
Required Skills & Qualification
  • Must be ADNOC Approved as an HSSE Manager
  • Minimum 18 years of relevant experience, with at least 8 years in an HSSE leadership role on Oil & Gas EPC projects.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or Occupational Health & Safety.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in incident reporting systems, root cause analysis, and emergency response planning.
  • Candidates with ADNOC Project experience will be given preference
