Qualifications

About the job HSE INSPECTOR
  • Monitor and inspect site activities to ensure compliance with approved HSE plans, project specifications, and UAE regulations.
  • Enforce health, safety, and environmental policies in line with consultant and client requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments for residential construction activities.
  • Identify unsafe acts and conditions, issue corrective actions, and follow up on close‑out.
  • Ensure proper implementation of method statements, risk assessments (MSRA), and permit‑to‑work systems.
  • Monitor compliance related to PPE usage, scaffolding, excavation works, lifting operations, and work at height.
  • Report incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions; assist in investigations and root cause analysis.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site supervision teams to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, and daily safety logs for consultant review.
  • Support HSE meetings, toolbox talks, and safety awareness programs on site.
