As a pivotal part of our construction team, the HSE Engineer (Buildings) will be responsible for implementing and overseeing health, safety, and environmental protocols at building sites. This professional will ensure that construction projects are conducted in a safe and compliant manner, enhancing the well-being of all employees and the surrounding community. This role demands vigilant attention to detail, expert knowledge in health and safety regulations, and a proactive approach to risk management. The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers, site supervisors, and regulatory bodies to foresee potential issues, develop comprehensive safety plans, and cultivate an environment where safety is valued universally. The HSE Engineer will be instrumental in reducing the risk of accidents, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of safety through training and influence.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive safety management systems for building sites.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to detect potential hazards or unsafe practices.
  • Collaborate with project managers to integrate HSE considerations into building plans.
