General Purpose of Role

• Support the administration of the offshore project Health Safety and Environmental regulations as well as project Worker Welfare requirements.
• Assist with preparing maintaining and updating project daily weekly and monthly reports that include contractor metrics.
• Facilitates the project contractor mobilisation and pre mobilisation processes including inductions.
• Takes the lead role for the project worker welfare requirement compliance activities.
• Undertakes any HSE support activities as assigned by the Project HSE manager.
• Reports to the Project HSE manager.

Additional desirable skills and experience

• Knowledge of United Arab Emirates labour laws and ADNOC welfare requirements.
• Experience in assessing and reporting on project Worker Welfare compliance requirements.
• Experience in reviewing/assessing contractor camps and facilities to determine HSE and Worker welfare requirement compliance.
• Experience in supporting and delivering offshore projects HSE requirements.
• Experience working within ADNOC EPC/M project environments.
• TBosiet and any offshore HSE training qualifications highly regarded.
