We are seeking a strategic and results-driven HR Project Manager to lead and deliver key human resources initiatives that support business goals and enhance the employee experience. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR projects including HR system implementations, process improvements, organizational change and talent programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and manage HR projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, Finance and business units to define project scope, goals and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful outcomes.
- Lead HR transformation initiatives such as system upgrades, process automation and policy changes.
- Ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout project lifecycles.
- Prepare project documentation, including business cases, project charters, timelines and status reports.
- Track project budgets and resources, and provide updates to leadership as needed.
- Implement change management strategies and training plans to support adoption of new processes and tools.
Requirements
- B’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field (Master’s or PMP certification preferred).
- 5 years of experience in HR project management or HR operations with demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong understanding of HR functions including talent management, compensation, employee engagement and HRIS.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Jira).
- Exceptional organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
