  • Experience handling HR invoices, reconciliations, cost centers, and vendor coordination.
  • Comfortable working with HRIS, payroll platforms, and Excel.
  • Former work experience in the Oil & Gas, energy, engineering, or industrial services sector is an advantage.

Role Summary

We are looking for a detail‑oriented HR professional specializing in payroll, compensation and benefits, HR systems, and cost control within international, matrix‑driven organizations.

The role demands a strong numerical mindset and the capability to manage HR data, organizational structures, cost centers, invoices, and vendor coordination. It also requires supporting payroll operations across multiple entities, countries, and currencies while ensuring compliance and maintaining seamless HR processes.
