Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to manage employee relations labour grievances and insurance matters.

Key Responsibilities :

The role involves handling employee complaints and disciplinary issues in compliance with UAE Labour Law conducting investigations and maintaining fair workplace practices.

The HR Officer will also oversee employee medical and life insurance processes including enrollment claims renewals and coordination with insurance providers.

This position requires strong communication problem-solving and documentation skills along with experience in grievance handling and insurance administration within the UAE.

Qualifications & Experience :

Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field.

Minimum 35 years of HR experience in the UAE.

Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.

Experience in handling employee grievances and insurance coordination.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
