Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of HR management experience in construction, interior fit-out, or related industries.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.
• Experience in payroll, recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding for administrative staff and workers along with attending to their needs.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes from postings to hiring decisions.
• Manage employee engagement activities and workforce welfare.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and company procedures.
• Develop and implement performance evaluation processes and manage payroll.
