Job description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in the automotive industry to oversee and manage all human resource operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies ensuring compliance with labor laws and aligning HR practices with business goals to support organizational growth and employee engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.

  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process ensuring the right talent is attracted and retained.

  • Manage performance management systems including goal setting appraisals and feedback sessions.

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws regulations and company policies.

  • Design and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

  • Administer compensation benefits and payroll in coordination with finance.

  • Handle employee relations issues conflict resolution and grievance management professionally.

  • Implement HR policies procedures and best practices for operational efficiency.

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.

  • Prepare and present HR reports and analytics for senior management review.


Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field (Master s preferred).

  • Minimum 5 7 years of HR management experience preferably within the automotive or related industry.

  • Strong understanding of HR practices labor laws and compliance regulations in the region.

  • Proven ability to lead HR functions in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

  • Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in HR software systems and MS Office applications.

  • Willing to work in Dubai.
