Overview

We are a well-established international Forex brokerage seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage all human resources operations for a large office and diverse workforce based in Dubai.

The HR Manager will be responsible for end-to-end HR operations, employee relations, recruitment oversight, compliance with UAE labor law, and performance management. This role acts as a key business partner to senior management and reports directly to the Head of HR.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory alignment, and strong employee engagement within a fast-paced regulated environment.

Responsibilities

Role responsibilities derived from the description include: end-to-end HR operations, employee relations, recruitment oversight, compliance with UAE labor law, and performance management; acting as a key business partner to senior management and reporting to the Head of HR; ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory alignment, and strong employee engagement in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
