Job summary

A leading HR consultancy in Abu Dhabi is looking for an HR Manager to oversee the employee lifecycle, foster a positive culture, and ensure compliance with HR policies. Candidates must have at least 5 years of leadership experience and a relevant bachelor’s degree. This role offers the opportunity to influence people and culture strategy in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in related areas.
  • Excellent command of English; Arabic is a plus.

  • Foster a positive organizational culture that empowers, energizes, and engages employees through leadership, coaching, and team development.
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure long-term business sustainability.
  • Collaborate with leadership to set and achieve People & Culture goals.
  • Implement strategies to improve employee retention and engagement.
  • Ensure adherence to performance, development, and talent management processes.
  • Implement a compliant and competitive remuneration and benefits policy.
  • Anticipate future organizational and talent needs to support growth and transformation.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant with local guidelines and reflect company values and standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in related areas.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Psychology and / or Human Resources.
  • Influence leadership, presentation, and strategic execution skills.
  • Have an awareness of local cultures and international business environments.
  • The candidate must have an excellent command of English. Arabic is a plus.
