We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in recruitment employee engagement and HR administration. This role provides hands‑on experience in HR processes within an education center and is ideal for someone looking to build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, shortlisting resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Maintain and update employee databases ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of records.
  • Follow up on HR-related requests such as onboarding documentation, reference checks, and employee information updates.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives including organizing activities, recognition programs, and feedback sessions.
  • Help with HR administrative tasks including maintaining files, preparing reports, and supporting HR projects as needed.
  • Learn and adhere to company policies, labor regulations, and HR best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
